KU 150 Diploma
Students graduating from summer 2015 through spring 2016 will receive a commemorative diploma in addition to an official diploma. The commemorative version honors the university's sesquicentennial and contains signatures of all 17 chancellors of the University of Kansas. Alumni can purchase a commemorative diploma at the Office of the University Registrar.
Diplomas will be available at the Office of the University Registrar, KU Visitor Center (15th and Iowa), about two months after Commencement; a photo ID is required to pick it up. Go to the registrar's website for information about how to have your diploma mailed.
Edwards Campus/Overland Park
Complete a Diploma Request Form at the Regents Center front desk. You will be notified by e-mail or phone when it is ready. Go to the registrar's website for information about how to have your diploma mailed.
KU Medical Center
Diplomas and certificates will be available in the Office of the Registrar, 3014 Student Center, after July 1. Students who want their diplomas mailed must complete the Diploma Delivery Request function within Enroll & Pay. M.D. diplomas will be handed out during the School of Medicine hooding ceremony.
